We’re stationed in Leipers Fork, TN serving organic coffee, clean house-made syrups, and real sourdough baked goods—no shortcuts, no junk, just honest food made right. We're rooted in Christian values and believe in doing everything with purpose, from the way we source our ingredients to the way we serve our neighbors. We're looking for someone dependable, grounded, and passionate about clean living—someone who’s not afraid to work hard, smile often, and live out their faith in the little things. Part-Time barista

Mule Ear is a small, family-run coffee trailer rooted in faith, clean living, and connecting with your neighbors. We’re new, but we’re building something with deep purpose and long-term vision—organic coffee, handcrafted clean ingredients, real sourdough, and a brand that stands for something. We’re not just looking for a barista. We’re looking for someone who wants to plant roots with us, grow alongside our business, and eventually take on more responsibility as we expand. What We’re Looking For:
– Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up on time
– A heart for service and care for the little details
– Passionate about clean ingredients and holistic living
– Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-space setting
– Interested in taking on more responsibility as we grow

What You’ll Do:
– Prepare and serve espresso drinks and other menu items with care, consistency, and precision
– Keep the trailer clean, organized, and track inventory
– Greet customers warmly and help create a memorable, peaceful experience
– Open and close down the trailer for shifts

Requirements:
– Previous coffee or food service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
– Must be able to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet
– Must have reliable transportation to Leipers Fork

Position Type:
– Part time position (29 hours/week or less)
– Schedule may be flexible, but weekend availability is required
– Must have reliable transportation to Leipers Fork
